The Service Analysis Report analyzes the length of each visit, by service type and duration to show if staff stay too long, not long enough or the appropriate length. Depending on your compensation structure, it can have an impact on the health of your business.

The Service Analysis Report helps you understand more about your service delivery, the filters allow you to review high level and granular data. You can view how visit duration has changed over time with reports that include the following:

1. Service Analysis Report grouped by Service Item.

2. Service Analysis Report grouped by Service Item with a Staff Filter.

3. Service Analysis Report grouped by Service Item with a Service Item Filter.

4. Ability to export the report in CSV format.

Tip: As regulations change, this report helps you evaluate an hourly pay model and ensure visit requirements are met.

Note: The Service Analysis Report relies on Check-In/Check-Out data. Enabling this function, requiring staff use and correcting staff errors improves report accuracy.

How Do I View, Filter and Export the Service Analysis Report?

Navigation: Reports > Service Analysis

(Optional) From "All Staff" dropdown, choose specific Staff Member to view or leave "All Staff."
(Optional) From "All Services" dropdown, choose specific Service to view or leave "All Services."
Select a custom date range or use a quick report button, i.e. "This Week."
- To view the previous timeframe click the "<" button.
- To view the next timeframe click the ">" button.
Click "Reload" to see the Report within the date range specified.
Select "Download CSV" to export.

Service Analysis Report Explained:
Staff: Name of staff assigned the services.
Service: Aggregated data, by staff, for Service Items scheduled for selected dates.
Quantity: Number of times the Service Item was delivered by Staff assigned.
Ave Duration: Average service length, for Service Item, by Staff, for selected dates.
