In the Service Report email, you can firstly personalize the email subject and then add your own message for the sign-off in the email.
Tip: You can include certain merge codes in your message. The {CLIENT_PORTAL_URL} can be used to add a hyperlink to the client's account and {STAFF_FORENAME}, which will sign the name of the team member who is logged in and transmits the report, which is typically the sitter, so the client knows who cared for their pet that day.
What is a Service Report?
When Staff complete a visit or walk with a pet, you can ask them to complete a series of questions to report on the visit, called a "Service Report". The action the staff can take is to either a) save and send the report to the client via email, or b) save the report so that your Admin can vet it before sending it via the admin interface.
You can customize your report using custom fields with almost any questions or data fields you like for staff to complete, including adding one or more photos of the pet from their phone.
The software has a service report set up with some preset general fields/questions already in it.
Can I Customize the Service Report Email Message?
Navigation: Admin > Settings > Service Report Settings
- In "Service Report Email Signoff" add the closing message you want on each email.
- Click "Update."
