In the Staff Dashboard, there is an area for staff to record their availability to provide certain services on particular days of the week. For example, your employee may only want to work half a day on a Tuesday and Thursday, or may be available to do visits on a weekend but not in the week.
Important: This is a "FOR INFORMATION ONLY" area for Admins to refer to. It is not for activating Shift Management as we have a different function for that. Refer to How Shifts Work for further details

About Custom Fields Custom fields enable you to customize the clients pages in your database. This means you can add any kind of data you want such as simple text fields, drop down lists, dates, multi-line notes fields, email address fields, image uploads, file uploads, Weblinks and more. If you add custom fields, screenshots may not look the same as your database.
How does a staff member let me know when they are available to work?
Navigation: My Dashboard > My Details > Service Availability
Step 1
- From the Dashboard, click the "Hamburger" menu then tap the "My Details" icon.
- Tap "Availability" and choose the correct day of the week.
Step 2
- If you are available, tap the dropdown.
- Choose "Yes" – further options will then become visible.
Step 3
- Select a service.
- If you choose "Available Sometimes (let me set times)" a "from" and "to" option will appear for you to select your times.
- Add any relevant notes for your Admin/Scheduler.
- Either "Add another Service" or tap "Update" to save.
