Completing the Service Questionnaire (US Only)

You can list the client's preferred services in the Service Questionnaire, including times and instructions. The Client Account also stores client, home and pets details, as well as client order history and payment details.

How Do I Enter the Service Questionnaire Details?

Navigation: Clients > access a client account > Client Information > Service Questionnaire

  • Toggle each box ON for time periods your client wants service, i.e. AM service, etc.
  • For each area toggled "ON," select a time block, check "Yes" or "No" if a walk is required.
  • Add instructions your client has given.
  • Click "Update."

About Custom Fields
Custom fields enable you to customize the clients pages in your database. This means you can add any kind of data you want such as simple text fields, drop down lists, dates, multi-line notes fields, email address fields, image uploads, file uploads, Weblinks and more. If you add custom fields, screenshots may not look the same as your database.
