Add Scheduling Notes to a Request

Modified on Sun, 16 Oct 2022 at 11:29 AM

When you receive a Service Request, it can be useful to record notes about the services as you are scheduling, both for your own benefit and if scheduling is done by multiple people. Scheduling Notes can be added to service orders, as well as to service requests in an assigned order to help administrators record the details of scheduling the requests.

For example, if a client's primary sitter is unavailable, you can add "Scheduling Notes" to the service request as you check with back-up sitters to note who you have contacted and their response.

More About Service Requests

When clients use their Client Portal to request services online, they are not added to the live schedule until you review and approve the requests. The requests are added to the Service Requests Tab where you can view, edit, email and confirm services, then add them to the live Schedule. During the scheduling process, you can add Scheduling notes with details and communication.

Tip: To understand the three different routes how to view your service requests, see Service Requests Explained.
