Within the List, Column and Compact Views of your Admin Schedules you can easily adjust the sort order of the services depending on your daily, weekly or monthly priorities.
This action will override your default setting that you have set in Admin > Settings > Schedule Settings >Schedule Options > Sort Schedule by, but will revert back to your default setting once you next access your schedules.
How do I Change the Sorting Order of the Schedule?
Navigation: Scheduler > Schedule > Admin Schedules > List/Column or Compact View
- Select the drop down menu on the far left of your admin schedule
- Select either: "Staff then Time”, “Time”, “Staff then Ref” or just “Ref"
Tip: The "Ref" is the alias used within the Client Account and usually holds the Pet Name. You can read more about the Schedule/Diary Ref here.
- The schedule will then immediately sort by your selected option. In this example the "Ref" has been used as the sort option which has placed the services in alphabetical order by the Pet Name.
Tip: Subject to your permissions, the "Show / Hide Details" function, allows you to quickly change the level of detail shown on Schedules and Service Orders. Clickto change the level of detail: • Minimum Detail: Date, Time, Service Description, Staff • Moderate Detail: Adds Staff Notes and Client Area. • All Detail: Adds financial info (Client Charges, Staff Pay, Invoice Notes, and Revenue). When a user/staff member sets their preferred detail view, it is retained on their device (regardless of screen size) for Service Orders and each Schedule View.
