Getting Started Scheduling Service Requests: When clients Request Services from the Client Portal, you receive a notification for each new Request. You can review and schedule the services quickly and easily. Upon approval, the services are added to Client, Admin and Sitter Schedules, a Service Order is created and automated emails confirm the details to the client.

You will receive the following notifications when a new Service Request is submitted:
- An Email notification.
- A red box that displays the number of clients who have Service Requests that can be processed.
- Click on the Red Box to view the Service Requests.
2. View the Service Requests
- All Service Requests you have received are displayed in a summary.
- To view the detail, click on the blue "service requests" link.
Tip: Vaccination Flags are also shown on the Service Request screen, informing you if a Clients Pet is up to date with their vaccinations or not.
3. Schedule Service Requests
- To schedule all Services, check the box in the header row to "Select All."
- Select "Add To Schedule."
- Select "New Order" to invoice this order separately, or an existing order to add services to.
- Click on "Schedule Services."
4. See the Results
- A new Service Order is created in the Client's Orders & Invoices.
- Services are added to Staff, Admin & Client Schedules and confirmation is emailed to the client.
