When staff save and send a Service Report to clients after a visit with a pet, after they click "Save & Send" the clients are emailed a Service Report (Feedback).
To personalize the report for your clients, you can create a Subject Line for the Service Report emails, and after you can personalize the email sign-off too.
Important: Merge codes will not work in this field.
What is a Service Report?
When Staff complete a visit or walk with a pet, you can ask them to complete a series of questions to report on the visit, called a "Service Report". The action the staff can take is to either a) save and send the report to the client via email, or b) save the report so that your Admin can vet it before sending it via the admin interface.
You can customize your report using custom fields with almost any questions or data fields you like for staff to complete, including adding one or more photos of the pet from their phone.
The software has a service report set up with some preset general fields/questions already in it.
How Do I Set a Standard Email Subject for Service Reports?
Navigation: Admin > Settings > Service Report Settings
- In "Service Report Title" enter text for your service report Subject, such as "Todays Report... " or "We visited your pet today."
- Optional - Enter your company name by adding the merge code {COMPANY_NAME}
- Click "Update."
