Getting Started Scheduling Service Requests: When clients Request Services from the Client Portal, you receive a notification for each new Request. You can review and schedule the services quickly and easily. Upon approval, the services are added to Client, Admin and Sitter Schedules, a Service Order is created and automated emails confirm the details to the client.
Note: To provide clients access to their Client Portal, see Getting Started Guide: Introducing My Clients to Pet Sitter Plus.
