Edit Staff Pay in the Staff Schedule

Certain scheduling functions are available in the staff member's services, such as editing, cancelling, voiding and deleting services. You can also change the amount of staff pay due to staff on one or more services from the staff member's assigned services schedule.

Staff Pay that is changed here will be changed on:
  • the client's service order.
  • the administrator's schedule and staff schedules.
  • staff pay reports.


How do I Edit the Staff Pay for an Assigned Service from the Staff Schedule?

Navigation: Admin > Staff > Click on a staff record > Services


Step 1

  • Select the service where you want to edit the staff pay by checking the box by the service.
  • Click "Edit... "

  • Change the "Staff Pay" field to be "12.00."
  • Click "Update."

The staff pay amount has now changed to $12.00 when they perform this service.
