Using Service Reports

Staff can save and send a Service Report to clients after a visit with a pet. They can add photos from their phone to include in the service report, plus you can customize your report, adding many fields that you use in your business to gather data, by adding custom fields.

Tip: If you prefer to read/approve the report BEFORE it is sent to clients, you can have staff "Save" the report WITHOUT sending it. Once you've vetted it, you can made any amends/additions and "Save and send" from your admin interface. It is worth noting that this stops the process from being semi-automated by the staff clicking "Save & Send" and so you will need to remember to go into each report and send them manually.

Note: If you turn OFF using service reports, the Service Report icon is no longer visible to staff during a visit.

How Do I Use the Service Reports option for Clients?

Navigation: Admin > Settings > Service Report Settings

  • Toggle "Use Service Report" ON.
  • Click "Update."

Note: If there are Services that you carry out that do not require a Service Report, this can be switched off at Service Item Level in Advanced Settings. How to switch off a Service Report being required for a Service Item.
