There are a number of Client Reports you can use to pinpoint the specific data you need: Top Clients, Clients that haven't used your services recently, Date of client's last service and New Clients. These reports allow you to filter clients and communicate with them as needed.

Tip: Using client reports monthly or quarterly can help you communicate with clients at the right time and maintain an accurate client list.

What Client Reports Can I Run? How Are They Different?

Top Clients by Spend Report

The Top Client by Spend Reportquickly identifies top clients for any date range and within any Client Area. The report displays each client's total value of Scheduled Services during selected dates. It does not account for payments received or invoices created, simply the date the service is scheduled.

Tip:  You can use Top Clients by Spend Report to send a small gift, or communication to your clients as a thank you for using your services loyally. It can also be used to request a referral for new business. You can export this list, it includes mailing address so you can use it for Holiday cards.

Last Client Service Report

The Last Client Service Reportdisplays only clients who have used your service for the last time, within a given date range. It uses any service item that has been scheduled to this client to aggregate this data, not only revenue generating services. You can email clients directly from this report.

Tip:  This report can be used to send surveys to clients who have recently used your services, or to request a review online. Use this report to email clients you haven't provided service to recently. It is also a helpful report to turn clients Inactive if they have not used your services in a long time.

Client Inactivity Report

The Client Inactivity Report displays clients that have no booking activity within a selected date range. It uses any service item that has been scheduled to this client to aggregate this data, not only revenue generating services. You can email clients directly from this report.

Tip:  Use this report to email clients that you haven't provided service to recently. It is also a helpful report to turn clients Inactive if they have not used your services in a long time.

New Clients Report

The New Client Report lists clients with their very first service scheduled in the date range selected. Clients that register online, but do not have a service scheduled yet will not display on this list.

Tip:  This is a helpful growth and planning tool. By tracking the number of new clients each month over time, you can track patterns and make marketing adjustments. You can also see which months have the most new clients and plan accordingly for staffing needs as well as communicate with new clients to ensure service excellence, solicit testimonials and request referrals.
