There are a number of Financial Reports, Staff Pay Reports and Client Reports you can use to pinpoint the appropriate data you need.

What Different Reports Can I Run?
Navigation: Reports > Access Report by name
Payments Report :
Provides a list of all payments received, by payment date, for the dates selected.
Staff Pay Report :
Provides a summary of payments owed to sitters, as well as the full detail of visits assigned for each staff member.
Tips Report :
Compiles a list of all Tips received via Stripe Payment Methods for dates selected.
Schedule Stats Report :
Delivers insights on total value of services delivered, with filters to view total value of services delivered for Client Areas and Referral Type.
Service Analysis Report :
Provides Analysis of service delivery such as Actual Service Length by Service Item and Actual Service Length by Staff Filter.
Card Expiry :
Identifies clients with a payment card on file that will expire by date selected.
New Clients Report :
Lists New Clients with their first service booked in the date range selected.
Connected Email Status Report :
Displays SMTP/Google connection errors or unusual activity when sending emails. Check here first if a client reports they have not received an email.
Expenses Report :
A location to record and report on your Expenses throughout the year, for Taxes.
Pet Birthday Report: Lists all Pets that have a birthday, (Either Actual or Estimated), with the option to send an email to the client.
