Teams and Sitters are two different options for associating staff members with client accounts.

  • The Teams option enables you to create pre-defined “teams” of sitters that can easily be associated to a client account. Optional access rights may be granted to the members of the team.

To Hide teams, show backup sitters:
  • Navigate to: Admin > Settings > Staff Access.
  • Slide the option to ON.
  • Click "Update."
