When you upload your logo it appears on your PDF generated invoices and quotes, and in your Client Portal.
Supported image types are png, jpg, jpeg, and gif.
Tip: If you do add your logo, you may want to hide your company name in the client portal header to avoid duplication.
Note: Ensure the image is a maximum of 300px width by 100 px height and is no larger than 50kb.
How Do I Upload My Logo?
Navigation: Admin > Settings > Company Logo
- Click "Choose File"
- Select your logo image file on your PC, MAC or mobile device
- Click "Update."
Tip:
- Your logo should ideally fit in the rectangle but it can be any shape.
- As a general rule, the more your logo image extends over the boundaries of the rectangle, the larger the image file size. Smaller image files are best.
- If you need help with re-sizing your logo file please contact support.
Note: If your logo image is about the right size, it could still fall outside the boundaries of the logo panel but still look OK on the invoice. To test this out, please review a PDF invoice before you resize it.
Info: If you decide to change your logo at anytime, simply click on "Clear", then upload a new logo using the above instructions.
