How Do I Search for Clients?

It is important to be able to view your client list in a few ways and find clients quickly. You can find clients a number of quick and easy ways:


    1. List all Active Clients.
    2. List all clients by the first letter of their last name.
    3. Using targeted search.


Tip: Client search helps you find a client when, for example, you only have a phone number..


How Do I View All Active Clients?

Navigation: Clients

Step 1

  • Do not enter text in the search box. Click "Show All" or "Go" to the right of the search box.

Step 2

  • ALL clients will populate in the list.
  • Click a Client Name to access their Client Account.
Tip: Viewing a list of all of your clients is helpful when you need to email all clients, for example about a price increase or policy change.

How Do I Find a Client Alphabetically?

Navigation: Clients
  • Click on a letter of the alphabet to view all clients with their last name beginning with that letter.
  • Click the Client Name to access their Client Account.

How Do I Search for a Client?

Navigation: Clients
  • Enter 3 or more characters (i.e. type "cas") into the Search box, click "Go."
  • Search Results List will display all matches where "cas" appears, such as: last name "Casson," pet name "Case," alternate contact "Casey," or email address "[email protected]."
  • Click the Client Name to access their Client Account.


Tip: Client Search allows you to search for a specific client, by any of these fields, it returns all matches, which is helpful when a client emails and you only have their email or can only recall a pet name:
  • Client First Name and Alternative Contact First Name
  • Client Last Name and Alternative Contact Last Name
  • Pet Name
  • Client & Alternative Contact Email Addresses
  • Landline or Mobile Phone Numbers


Note: To include Inactive clients in Search Results, check "Include inactive clients."
