During a new client's registration process (more details here How Does a New Client Register Online?), you can display a welcome message thanking them for registering and explain the next steps of your client on boarding process.
What will a New Client see after Registering for the first time?
Navigation: Admin > Settings > Client Portal > Registration
Step 1
- Enter your welcome message under "New Client Registration."
Step 2
During the registration process for the portal, your clients will be shown your welcome message prior to completing their account setup.
