Using Client Location Tab in My Services

When staff are out working in the field, it is essential that they can easily navigate to a client's home. From any client service, staff can map directions to the client's home from their current location.

Note: For the map to function, the Address Field of the client record needs to be populated. See How Do I Enter the Main Contact Client Details?


How Do I View the Client's Address and Map from a Service Screen?

Navigation: My Dashboard > My Services
  • After opening a service, tap the Location Pin tab at the bottom of the screen.
  • The location marker identifies your current location where you checked in with an "I". The house icon indicates the client's home address so you can see how far away you are.
  • For route directions, tap and hold the blue underlined address to open your Maps program, if your phone has the capability to do this.
