Getting Started Introducing My Clients to Pet Sitter Plus: The Client Portal is a convenient way for clients to update their Account Information, Request and Cancel Services. You receive a notification of client activity. You can invite your clients to use their Client Portal when you are ready.

1. Send Welcome Email to One Client
You can invite one client to use the Client Portal at a time:
- Select a Client.
- Ensure the client has an Email Address saved.
- Select "Email."
- Select the "Welcome Email" template.
- Add a an Email Subject.
- Select "Send Email."
- Your client will receive a Welcome email with Password, Log-in and Account set-up instructions, and details on how to use the Client Portal.
2. Send Welcome Email to Many Clients
You can invite all or a large group of clients to use the Client Portal at a time. After you set up your SMTP email connection, you have the ability to email all of your clients at once.
Note: See Getting Started: Email Configuration SMTP or Google so you can email all clients at once.
- Access your "Clients" Icon.
- Select "Show All," then select the "All" checkbox or the checkboxes for clients you want to email.
- Select "Email."
- Select the "Welcome Email" template.
- Add a an Email Subject.
- Select "Send Email."
- All selected clients will receive a Welcome email with Password, Log-in and Account set-up instructions, and details on how to use the Client Portal.
