Your client will at some point want to delete an old credit card from the system.
How do I Delete a Credit or Debit Card from the Client's Account?
Navigation: Click the link "go to portal" from any Client's account > Payment Methods > Add or Change a Payment Method
- Decide which card you want to delete if there is more than one.
Note: If ALL cards are deleted, you will no longer be able to take automatic payments and the client will no longer be able to pay online until they add a new card to replace the one they are deleting.
- Click "Delete" and the card details will be removed from our secure servers.
Note: If this was deleted in error, the process for Adding a New Credit Card will need to be followed again.
