View Staff Activity Report

The Staff Activity Report displays the check-in and out data from your staff's activity, including times and GPS locations. You have many filter options such as staff, dates and service exceptions.

You are also notified of any service exceptions such as:
  • late check-in or no check-in
  • no check-out
  • service was too short
  • didn't check in and out at the same location
  • not checking in and out at the client's location

You can view Staff Shifts for staff paid hourly, as well as export a Timecard for calculating payroll.


Tip: Staff Activity is a helpful report to manage field staff and ensure service excellence for clients. It is also a great way to ensure every pet is visited. You can quickly see any issues with service delivery and address them.


How Do I View and Filter the Staff Activity Report?

Navigation: Scheduler > Monitor > Staff Activity


Step 1

  • Use "All Staff" in the first dropdown to view all staff data, or select a staff. 
  • Use "All Services" in the first dropdown to view all service data, or select a service exception.
  • Select a quick report option of "Today", "This Week", or "This Month."  Use "<" or ">" to page forward or backward by the time span selected, eg. if you select "This Week "then  ">" goes to next week. OR select a Custom Date Range.
  • Click "Reload" to see the Staff Activity Report with filters applied.

Step 2

View a Data Summary Data instead of viewing each service. Summary includes total time worked, broken down by Shifts worked, time spent checked-in to a service and travel time.
  • (Optional) Click "Hide Details" for Summary Data View. Click "Show Details" for service level detail.

Tip: It is helpful to view a summary of shift times and travel times, as well as time spent at work delivering services.
