Revert Scheduled Services Back to Request

After a request is scheduled, you may need to revert the scheduled services back to request status. For example, an unexpected change in the staff availability or the client changes the service dates. 

Using the "Request" button in the service order, selected services can be removed from the Service Order and returned to a Request status, appearing in the Service Requests tab.

How Do I Revert Scheduled Services back to a Request?

Navigation: Clients > Access a client Account > Orders & Invoices


Step 1

  • Open the Service Order by clicking on the blue order label name.

Step 2

  • From the service order, select the services that need to be reverted to requests. In this example, the warning by the sitter's name indicates they are unavailable to carry out the work.
  • Click the "Move to Requests" button.

Step 3

The services are moved out of Orders to Service Requests, and removed from the schedule.

Step 4

Navigation: Scheduler > Schedule > Service Requests


  • Reverted service requests appear in the Scheduler menu under Service Requests. In this example, the requests now wait for Admin to find an alternative sitter and reschedule the services.
