How to View the Compact View of the Schedule

Modified on Sun, 02 Oct 2022 at 02:14 PM

The Compact View of the Schedule displays your services by time and by staff, in a column format.

Tip: Compact View works in the same way as the Column View, only in a more condensed format to make it easier to see more detail on your screen. The only difference is that you can only see the service cost, and not the staff pay component.

You can customize the columns, choosing to either displays specific time ranges in a each column such as morning, midday or evening or different Service Item Groups, such as one column for Training, one for Daycare and one for Walks. You can choose any date range to view your schedule. Viewing services by "Today" helps you verify that all of your services for the day have been scheduled correctly and are getting completed. You may also want to see your revenue for the day, or review the service reports for the day.
