Calendar View is an innovative and powerful tool to view and manage your pet service bookings, making scheduling more intuitive, flexible, and efficient. Calendar View offers the same functionality that List, Column and Compact views, provide but in calendar grid format similar to many other popular calendar and email programs.
You can choose any date range and utilize our quick 'Jump to' buttons to view your services by Today, Day, Week (Time), Week (Day) or Month.
Choose how your services are sorted in your schedule by accessing Schedule Settings >Schedule Options for example Staff then time, Time, Schedule Ref.
How Do I View and Filter Services in Calendar View of the Schedule?
Navigation: Scheduler > Admin Schedules > Calendar View
- Select a custom date range or use a quick 'jump to' buttons, i.e. "Today", "Day", "Week(Time)", "Week(Day)" or "Month."
- To view the previous timeframe click the "<" button.
- To view the next timeframe click the ">" button.
Set additional filters on your Calendar to focus on specific Staff, Service Groups or Client Areas:
- (Optional) Add a filter, Select the Staff to display on the Calendar.
- Optional) Add a filter, Select Service Item Groups
- (Optional) Add a filter, Select Client Areas
- Click "Reload" to view your customized Schedule.
Tip: Subject to your permissions, the "Show / Hide Details" function, allows you to quickly change the level of detail shown on Schedules and Service Orders. Clickto change the level of detail: • Minimum Detail: Date, Time, Service Description, Staff • Moderate Detail: Adds Staff Notes and Client Area. • All Detail: Adds financial info (Client Charges, Staff Pay, Invoice Notes, and Revenue). When a user/staff member sets their preferred detail view, it is retained on their device (regardless of screen size) for Service Orders and each Schedule View.
