Calendar Split View is an innovative and powerful tool to view and manage your pet service bookings, making scheduling more intuitive, flexible, and efficient. Calendar Split View offers the same functionality that our List, Column and Compact views provide but in a universal format similar to many other popular calendar and email programs.

Detailed Explanation of Entries on the Calendar Split View
Configure your Calendar settings with Calendar and Scheduler Options to customize your schedule for the requirements of your specific business.
Filters
Displays or hides the Filter panel allowing you to filter your Calendar by Staff, Service Group or Client Area.
List or Time View Format
Choose which format to display your Calendar:
- List view - presents your schedule in an easy-to-navigate grid format.
- Time View - presents your schedule again in grid format, but with time slots displayed on the left, representing each row. When Time View is selected, choose to display the times in 5, 15, 30 or 60 minute blocks.
Quick Jump to Date Ranges
Quickly set your date range for Calendar Split View by clicking the "Day", "Week", and "Month" buttons. Can be used in conjunction with the date scrolling arrows left or right to move back or forward by a Day, Week or Month.
The "Schedule Ref" field is a clickable link to access the client's account allowing you to view and make changes on the account. It is used in the Schedule, Invoices, Service emails and email merges and you can choose to have the Clients Name, Pet Name or both displayed in the Schedules by setting this in Admin > Settings > Schedule Settings > Schedule Options.
Date
The date of the week or month.
Day
The day of the week.
Tip: Subject to your permissions, the "Show / Hide Details" function, allows you to quickly change the level of detail shown on Schedules and Service Orders. Clickto change the level of detail: • Minimum Detail: Date, Time, Service Description, Staff • Moderate Detail: Adds Staff Notes and Client Area. • All Detail: Adds financial info (Client Charges, Staff Pay, Invoice Notes, and Revenue). When a user/staff member sets their preferred detail view, it is retained on their device (regardless of screen size) for Service Orders and each Schedule View.
