Calendar Split View allows an Admin or Business Owners to view, compare and amend up to 6 staff schedules at a time.
The Calendar can also be filtered by any Service Item Group and/or Client Areas. This is helpful when:
- you need to re-schedule services by group when staff are on holidays, or
- if you need to email all clients with recurring services on a severe weather day.
It is helpful to organize services into categories, called "Service Item Groups" such as "Walking" for all of your 30, or 60 minute dog walking services. Then you can filter your calendar by group, i.e. "Walking" or "Boarding" and easily view revenue by Service Item Group as well.

Tip: Viewing the schedule by Service Item Group is helpful when reassigning work or viewing capacity for certain services. To set up service item groups: Add a New Service Item Group and Applying a Service Item Group to a Service Item.
How Do I Filter Calendar Split View by Service Item Group?
Navigation: Scheduler > Admin Schedules > Calendar Split View
Step 1
- Click the Filter icon to reveal the filter panel.
Step 2
By Default all Service Item Groups are selected.
- Deselect the Service Item Groups you DO NOT want visible on the Calendar.
- Select the Service Item Groups you DO want visible on the Calendar
- Click "Reload."
Step 3
Only Dog Walking services will now be visible on Calendar Split View.
