The Learning Zone is a comprehensive resource hub accessible from the homepage of your system and offers easy-to-follow video tutorials guiding you through setup, navigation and ongoing management of Pet Sitter Plus. 

It complements our already robust Knowledge Base, providing hundreds of helpful articles complete with detailed instructions and screenshots. 

How Do I Access The Learning Zone

Navigation: Home > The Learning Zone

Our learning zone videos provide bite-sized tutorials on all aspects of Pet Sitter Plus. Categorised by the subject matter, quickly and easily access key features and functions by clicking the +/- buttons next to each category which will reveal the relevant videos available for you to watch.

1. Watch Video within your system - You can choose to watch the video from within your system, ideal for when you are first starting out with Pet Sitter Plus as this enables you to "follow along" with the tutorial. 

2. Watch Video within YouTube - Clicking the YouTube button on the bottom right of the video screen will take you out of Pet Sitter Plus and into YouTube where you can carry on watching, read the video transcript which has many helpful links to articles or other videos within the Pet Sitter Plus learning zone.

3. Pause, rewind or fast forward - Choose to pause the video you are watching to follow along with the steps shown in the tutorial, rewind or fast foward using the timeline controls at the bottom of the screen.

4. Add captions/subtitles - You can add captions/subtitles to your video by clicking the "cc" button at the bottom right hand side of the video screen

5. Re-position your Video - You can also move your video around your screen whilst watching in Pet Sitter Plus, helping you to follow along with the tutorials without missing a thing!!

6. Fullscreen - Alternatively you can also make your video full screen to really zoom in on the tutorial.

Set The Learning Zone As Your Default Homepage

From your own personal profile page, you can now set your preference for your homepage. Navigate to Profile > Preferences > Default Start Page and select either your Dashboard or The Learning Zone as your preference, click "Update" and refresh your system.

Navigation: Profile > Preferences

• Click "Deafult Start Page" Drop Down
• Select "The Learning Zone" 
• Click "Update" 
• Refresh your system.
