Repeat Services Explained

Repeat Services is a great tool for scheduling clients that have regularly recurring services. This can be done on an individual client basis or in bulk for multiple clients. The process automatically schedules the services to a service order based on a time frame of your choosing, such as weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly.  Those orders are then ready for invoicing on your next billing cycle.


The benefits of using Repeat Services are:
  • Automated scheduling creates the schedule very quickly.
  • Improved accuracy of repeat client orders for fewer scheduling errors.
  • Faster data entry and Invoice creation.


Tip: Don't schedule Repeat Services too far in advance. Clients may change the days they need services, there may be staff changes or a client may move. Services already scheduled need to be manually adjusted.


Note: 
  • Repeat services are for regularly repeating services that are predictable.
  • Repeat Services can accommodate differences such as no walks on Fridays, a different sitter on Mondays or a different time on Wednesdays.
  • It is not necessary to create repeating services for non-recurring visits, such as pet sitting.
  • Schedule Repeat Services according to your billing cycle (i.e. monthly, weekly, bi-weekly).
  • Scheduling Repeat Services adds all recurring visits to the schedule and creates a Service Order for for each client, which will become the Invoice.
  • You can schedule Repeat Services for an individual client, or for all repeat clients at once.
