When your clients login to their Portal, it is important that it is branded with the look and feel of your website so the transition from one to the other is seamless.
Together with these other customization options, you can create a Header and Footer to "frame" your Login screen with "calls to action" for clients to get in touch or visit your commercial website.
How Do I Add my Branding to the Top and Bottom of the Portal screen?
Navigation: Admin > Settings > Client Portal > Customize Portal
1. Add a Page Background Color
- Choose a background colour for the login screen.
- Click "Update."
2. Add a Login Header
Step 1
- Switch ON the option to "Display Custom Header."
Step 2
- Choose the background color you want your top panel to be.
Step 3
- Add some text to go alongside your logo in "Company Name" (displays right of logo in the top left) of the panel.
Tip: You can use some of the formatting options, such as setting some of the text in "Large" type using the dropdown menu. However, be mindful that you only have a maximum of 2 lines of text that will display and your information needs to be clear.
3. Add a Login Footer
Step 1
- Switch ON the option to "Display Custom Footer."
Step 2
- Choose the background color you want your bottom panel to be.
Step 3
- Add some text to "Footer Information" (displays bottom left and right) of the panel.
Step 4
- Once you have added all your branding options, go into a client account and click "go to Portal" in the sub menu, then click log out to see the effect your style updates have made on the Login screen.
