If there is a complete postal address in their "Staff Details", you can view an accurate GPS location map of the staff member's home address.
Tip: If another member of staff needs to collect a key from their home, this can be very useful to see where they live.
On Mobile, you can also copy the address from here and paste into your mobile mapping app to get directions.
How do you View a Staff Member's Home Location on a Map?
Navigation: Staff > Map
Step 1
- From the Dashboard, click the "Hamburger" menu
then tap the "Staff" icon.
- Tap "Map."
Step 2
You should see an accurate map of the staff member's home address. If the map is not showing the correct location:
- Enter the correct address in the field above the map and tap "Search."
- If the location shown is now correct, tap "Update."
