Add or Edit an Invoice Note on an Invoice

Modified on Fri, 23 Sep, 2022 at 3:36 PM

You can add an "Invoice Note" which displays beside the Service Item Description on the Invoice. Invoice Notes are visible on the Admin Schedule and by clients on an Invoice, and you can preview the note by viewing the PDF of the invoice

An invoice is a bill you send a client so they can pay you for their services.

Tip: Use an Invoice Note when there is a variation in a charge, such as needing to stay longer if the pet has an accident or emergency, or if a late cancellation fee has been added to the invoice. This alerts the client so they understand the additional fee.

Note: This must be done at the QUOTE stage (i.e. before the invoice is created). If the invoice was already created, void the invoice, edit Invoice Type and create the invoice again. The invoice will have a different number.
