We are excited to deliver a feature enhancement to simplify how you set up, display and control the time elements of services within your system.
Setting the Time Type for a Service Item determines how you and your employee's services are displayed in the schedules and how your clients select service times in the client portal.
As well as being able to choose from one of seven Time Types for your service item and set a default start time, you can now customize each of your services to:
Provide clearer options for Associating a Timeframe to a Service indicating flexibility of the service start time to your staff.
Improve the implementation of Time Blocks to a service, including service start time options to define how the service automatically appears in your schedule and whether or not to display an actual time in the schedule as well at a Time Block.
Choose a default option for how the service time is automatically displayed in the schedules. You now have the option to set the scheduled service "Display time" to always ON, always OFF, or allow an Admin/Scheduler to choose via a dropdown menu, to "Display Time" ON or OFF.
To further support our already extensive library of help resources such as The Learning Zone, Help Widget, On-Screen Guidance and Knowledge Base, a new Information Icon has been added to all key fields and settings. You can now click the
icon next to a field or setting for a summary explanation of its functionality, providing yet more clarity and understanding of the features and functions of your software.
